The provision of goods and services by Lala Linen is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Lala Linen will refund the customer in full within 30 days.


Our orders are sent via a courier company with a tracking number and will be shipped to a physical address, supplied by yourself.

We will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the your chosen delivery address in the same good order.

Orders are only shipped once full payment has been received. Once shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you.

4. You may also collect your order from our shop or arrange for your own courier to collect

Courier delivery times are from the time the package is dispatched. All courier orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed and paid for.
Delivery should take approximately 3 – 5 working days.

Confirmation: As soon as your order is on it’s way; you will receive an email to confirm that your package is on its way.

If large quantities are ordered, this must also be taken into consideration and allow for extra delivery time. If any items are listed as ‘out of stock’ on the website, please contact us and we will let you know if we can place your order.

Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the delivery which will take place between 08h00 – 17h00 week days.

Courier options cannot be sent to Farms or PO Box addresses (please contact us direct to complete your order should you wish the order to be sent to a farm address or PO Box address).



We currently do not take international orders via our online store. Please email us with your order and we will prepare a quotation for you.

Our orders are sent with Fedex with tracking number sent via email at the earliest possible convenience.

Delivery should take approximately 5 –12 working days.

Please note that you will be responsible for any duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
As soon as your order is on it’s way, you will receive an email to confirm that your package is on its way.


The recipient may be charged all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order.
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout.
Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information or Contact your local Custom for specific details.
Customs fees and local taxes are out of our control – therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.
